Have you ever felt icky with some of the cosmetics you use? I have always felt that way but I toughed it out because I figured all skin care products were like that; I was wrong. I found out that natural skin care products make me feel so much more natural and beautiful. Of all the people to tell me about natural products is boyfriend… that’s right natural goods aren’t just for women. I kinda chuckled when he told me about them; I thought he was joking. Apparently he was serious and I love him for that. It is nature that truly defines beauty.

Cosmetics Galore

I am starting a new class about cosmetics. It sounds pretty exciting, because I really want to get certified as a makeup artist. It is so tough thought. Who would have thought that makeup applications were very complex? It is worth it though. By next year, I will be a specialized MAC makeup artist, hopefully. Cross the fingers.

Celeb Cosmetic Blogs

I’m too addicted to other people’s lives. Anytime someone mentions a celeb..their makeup… their friends makeup…. a new fashion style.. I tune in. Does that make me have no life? Found this celeb blog and can’t stop reading about her encounters. I wish I lived in L.A., then maybe I could actually experience the amazing cosmetics. Bleh.

Good Cosmetic Day

You know, I had a really good makeup day. I walked into class confident, ready to learn, and ready for people to stare at my perfectly applied cosmetics! I know it sounds silly, but I never apply it well. My eyeliner was in a straight line this time (imagine that!), my lips were perfectly glossed, and my eyelashes were curled to a T. That is a great day, in my opinion. Oh how shallow I sound.

My sister is insane. I just found her blog and it makes me laugh that her life is just so simple. While I worry about bills and college, she worries about her makeup coming off, the latest cosmetics, and her newest boyfriend. Oh, I do miss those days. Maybe at some pt she’ll realize that there are more important things than temporary cosmetics. For now, I guess she can have her fun. Who wouldn’t want that when they are 17? I sort of wish I was in highschool again. Never thought i’d say that!

Cosmetically Beautiful

I don’t feel beautiful. I feel like any ugly duckling when I wake up in the morning. Of course all of my roomies are stunning and even when they open their eyes in the a.m., they look perfect. Why can’t I be like that? I want to feel like the most attractive woman in class. I feel like lipstick, perfume, and a hint of mascara is the only way for me to look “average.”
